Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products, without any penalty and without providing any reason.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be issued only for products that are:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• with the original label still attached and intact,
• accompanied by the related invoice.

Products must be returned within 15 days from delivery. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at checkout. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense. Any customs duties incurred will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

4. Refund Procedure

Once the return request is received and the returned products are verified, we will process the refund within 30 working days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

5. Return Shipment

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier when returning items.
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation for products lost, stolen, or damaged during the return shipment.

6. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written notice with return receipt to the following address:

The notice must include:

• the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal;
• the list of products to be returned;
• the order number;
• bank account details for the refund (if payment was not made electronically).
